It is a multi-purpose rehearsal space suitable for the performing arts with a focus on the independent dance and movement artforms. Located in Ultimo, it is a 15 minute walk from Central Station and can be easily accessed via the Sydney Light Rail. It features a large wooden floor, tarkett dance floor, kitchen, full bathroom, chill out and production area. The room is light and airy with a huge balcony that has city views toward Darling Harbour.

OPENING HOURS: Monday to Sunday 9am–7pm, 7 days a week

As we are on-top of a childcare centre there must be minimum noise from 12 - 2pm and there are strictly no hirers after 7pm. We do not accept bookings from Music Video Shoots!
$12/hour for an unfunded solo artist
$22/hour for an unfunded group (two or more people) $30/hour for a commercial/funded activity.
